After Ibrahimovic, Silva returns to Milan
The fall of Milan began in the summer of 2012, when the team led by Massimiliano Allegri failed to win the championship title and then two of the team’s stars, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva, left for Paris.
The Swedish giant made the lap of the world, first moving to England and then to the United States, before returning to Milan in January, where he is helping the Rossoneri reach the goal.
Ibra’s contract with the Rossoneri expires this summer, but the Swede is having fun and is currently ruled out to sign another renewal for the season, with another Milan champions joining the 2011 squad.
It is precisely the Brazilian defender Thiago Silva, whose contract expires at the end of this season and the French club leaders have not offered the renewal, influenced by 35 years on his back.
The manager of the Brazilian defender himself, in an interview for the French media has stated that Milan is a “special love” of Thiago Silva, who would gladly accept returning to Italy, to wear the red shirt again.
So far there is no concrete negotiation between the sides, as the Reds will first have to wait until the end of the season to see what strategy they will follow for next year, but Ibra and Thiago Silva could rejoin the squad.
