Arsenal are interested in Ancelotti
Arsenal are reportedly interested in appointing Carlo Ancelotti if the latter loses the position he is currently holding in Naples.
Italian media outlet Calciomercato.com claims Carlo Ancelotti has been contacted by Arsenal, who are currently without a permanent coach, following the dismissal of Unai Emeryt two weeks ago.
Gunners legend Freddie Ljunberg has taken over as interim coach, but Ancelotti may be available to Londoners in a matter of days.
This is because he looks too close to part ways with Napoli, where it is believed that former Milan coach Gennaro Gattuso will replace him.
The 60-year-old could be tempted by the prospect of moving to England after he had a successful spell there with Chelsea.
After Chelsea, he continued his career with Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, before joining Napoli in May 2018 to replace Maurizio Sarri.
