The Ukrainian club will play in the Europa League after finishing third.
Meanwhile, in the next game in this group, Manchester City convincingly beat Dynamo Zagreb 4:1, honoring Atalanta.
Gabriel Jesus scored a hat trick, while the other goal was scored by Phil Foden in Zagreb.
City had previously qualified even winning the group as a whole.
