Eriksen arrives for Inter Milan transfer
Christian Eriksen has arrived in Milan by private plane, where he will undergo medical tests today before completing a 20 million-euro transfer from Inter to Tottenham.
He was greeted at the airport by Inter team manager Mattia Tagliacarne and a group of journalists.
The Danish representative flew from London after a week of tense negotiations between the two clubs.
The deal was reached at the weekend for 20m euros.
Inter boss Beppe Marotta had hoped to persuade Tottenham to cut the price of the 27-year-old, knowing he would be a free agent after six months, but the English club refused and succeeded.
Eriksen is Inter’s third acquisition of the Premier League in January, after Ashley Young coming from Manchester United and Victor Moses from Chelsea.
