Gedson Fernandes Milan’s main target
Portuguese midfielder Gedson Fernandes is being urged by the Italian team Milan.
Fernandes has excelled in the last two editions of the Benfica jersey and has become the Rossoneri’s main target for the midfield unit.
Milan attempted his approach in the summer as well, but no agreement was reached with the Portuguese club.
The 20-year-old has admitted that he would like a move to Serie A in Milan, but has told the Italian club they must first reach a deal with Benfica.
Right here is Milan’s problem, as Benfica are not giving up the clause that has set their star on.
Fernandes has signed a contract until 2023 months ago with a € 120 million exit clause.
The Rossoneri are willing to spend only half of that amount on player transfer.
It remains to be seen whether Benfica will give up Fernandes’ clause and accept his sale for 60 million.
