Griezmann, in support of Neymar’s return to Barcelona

The future of Brazilian Neymar is still in the limelight of world media. Spanish daily Mundo Deportivo reports that Antoine Griezmann has also come out in support of Barcelona’s plan to return Neymar to the squad.

According to Spanish daily sources, Frenchman Antoine Griezmann has a very good relationship with Neymar and therefore would be happy to have the opportunity to play with him on the playing field.

Neymar’s return to Barcelona would further increase competition among the Blaugrana in the attacking squad, as coach Ernesto Valverde would have to find a solution to keep Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Griezmann and Neymarin happy at the same time.

But Griezmann no longer sees Neymar’s return as a threat to his career, as he considers himself a major investment in the Catalan club. He is even rumored to be ready to work with Neymar to replace Messi and Suarez, who are heading towards the end of their careers.

On the other hand, the French media outlet The Parisian reports today that the 28-year-old could sign a new deal with Paris Saint-Germain, making the transfer to Barcelona less likely.
