Haaland can not, does not want to and will not leave Dortmund

Michael Zorc, Borussia Dortmund sporting director and a historical figure of the club, responded to the words of Mino Raiola, Erling Halaand’s manager. The Norwegian representative told the BBC that he has “a maximum of ten teams” ready to take on the 20-year-old talent. Zorc responded by assuring him that “Haaland can not, does not want and will not change the club” because, according to him, there is no better institution than Borussia for the striker.

The BVB legend respects Raiola’s words, as quoted by the newspaper “Kicker”:

“It does not bother me at all. I do not think they are making a fuss. Those were completely normal statements. There are no bad intentions at all.”

The club’s third-best scorer of all time is proud of Haaland’s excellent form: “We are delighted to have Erling here. He has scored more in recent games and has shown his values ??to us. It has a contract with BVB until 2024 “.

Zorc is fully optimistic about the continuation of the Norwegian star in Dormtund:

“I can say that we continue to rely on him. I also think he feels good here in Dortmund.”

Will Borussia be forced to sell the striker if they fail to qualify for the Champions League next season? Zorc makes it clear that disqualification in the most important competition for clubs would not affect at all the decision of Haaland or the club:

“We assume that, ultimately, we will achieve our goal of qualifying for the Champions League. I have no doubt about that and whatever happens, Erling will continue with us.”
