Lautaro says they will find a solution with the club, he does not want to leave Inter
President Steven Zhang and Inter’s top executives, in separate meetings, welcomed one by one all the players, to present the idea of ??giving up two salaries last year, as a gesture to help the club a little at a rather difficult economic moment.
Italian media reported that the footballers did not welcome the idea at all.
But this was totally rejected by the Argentine Lautaro Martinez.
He stated that everyone is clear about the difficult situation and that together with the club they will find the right solution.
“We are clear about the moment we are experiencing and we are talking to society to find a solution. We must all understand this situation together. We are not upset at all, because we know the moment we are going through and we are focused on doing well on the field of play “, said Lautaro.
As for the renewal and Conte, he said: “My new manager is negotiating with the management for the renewal and I am confident that we will find common ground very soon. I feel very good with Conte and I hope to work together next season, however it is certain that I will stay at Inter.”
For three seasons at Inter, Lautaro has made 129 appearances and scored 48 goals.
