Lewandowski’s frightening figures for Ronaldo’s “fault”
“Age is just a number”, said Cristiano Ronaldo always and so far it turns out to be so, as the Portuguese records fantastic statistics even at the age of 36.
Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski is on his way to CR7.
He had the best edition of his career last season with 55 goals in 47 appearances and won almost everything.
This edition, though 32 years old, Lewa is enjoying another dream season.
After 27 appearances in all competitions, he has scored 29 goals so far – 24 of them in the Bundesliga, making him the top scorer in Europe and a top contender for the Golden Boot.
If Lewa continues with this form and triumphs with Bayern at the end of the season, this edition will undoubtedly be the number one candidate for the Golden Ball.
He would have won the award last year if France Football had not canceled everything, on the pretext that footballers could not be judged fairly.
