Manchester City beat Dortmund by one goal at the end of the match
Manchester City defeated Borussia Dortmund 2-1 in the first match of the quarterfinals of the UEFA Champions League.
Pep Guardiola’s men have taken a tough win at home in the first leg of the quarter-final against Borussia Dortmund.
City managed to win 2-1 with a goal by Phil Foden scored in the extra minutes.
It was the goal that calms the English team before the returning challenge in Germany, which is expected to be a fiery match at Signal Iduna Park.
The other goal for City was scored by Kevin de Bruyne, while for Dortmund the goal was scored by Marco Reus, a goal that means a lot as guests in the Champions League and leaves everything open for the return challenge.
