Milan not hidden: We are waiting for Ibrahimovic’s decision
Milan sports director Frederic Massara has said his club is waiting for Zlatan Ibrahimovic to decide what he wants to do, talking about the possibility of the veteran striker returning to San Siro.
Ibrahimovic, who is a free agent already after his contract with LA Galaxy expired, explained in an interview recently that he would return to Italian football and that he was talking to his family before deciding which club to join.
“There is no news, no talks. It’s a moment of reflection (for Ibrahimovic) and Milan is waiting to figure out what he wants. We’re waiting,” Massara told Sky Sport.
Massara announced that, at the bureaucratic level, Ibrahimovic is free to join any club he wants at any time, even without the official winter transfer deadline officially opened.
In addition to Milan, Napoli and Bologna have also shown great interest in the Swedish striker.
