Nainggolan: “Inter treated me like a toy”
Radja Nainggolan has admitted he had a sense of satisfaction after scoring a goal for Cagliari in a 1-1 draw with Inter after saying he was treated “like a toy” by the former club.
Inter loaned Nainggolan to Cagliari in August 2019 and the midfielder returned to punish Antonio Contes’ trustees in the 78th minute.
“I have a lot of respect for Inter fans and for my former friends,” Nainggolan initially said after the game. “But they treated me like a toy.”
“On the one hand I am happy about the goal, on the other I am not and wished my best friends,” he added.
