“Ten Hag won’t be Bayern coach”
The Dutchman is considered a candidate to take on the German champions bench, but Ajax’s sporting director has denied the coach’s departure in 2020.
Erik Ten Hag will not leave Ajax next year no matter which clubs call him, Eredivisie club director of football Marc Overmars has said.
The 49-year-old has been linked with a move to some major teams, most recently with Bayern Munich.
“Very easy, Ten Hag could be for Ajax for another season,” he told De Telegraaf.
“Certainly I will not let him leave even though he is on the list of Europe’s top clubs. This door will remain closed for the time being,” Overmars said.
