Thiago admits he is not playing well: I am not happy with my performances
Thiago Alcantara has admitted that he is not happy with his form, as his value for the collective cause in Liverpool has been questioned.
The arrival of the Spanish midfielder at Anfield last summer was very sensational, as he was coming on as a triple winner with Bayern Munich last season.
But his performances so far have not met at all the requirements of a player with his qualities.
But he has not been helped at all by some minor injuries, and frequent injuries at the Reds squad.
Speaking about his time in the Premier League so far, Thiago said: “I do not read any words that people say about me. I know I have received some criticism for my performances, but I have not been happy with my performances since I came here.”
“A new club, a strange situation, I had a strong injury, so it was difficult to find the rhythm, but this is not an excuse.” he added.
