New coach Mikel Arteta is considering making a team change for the second half of the season.
And, the creative midfielder and Albanian quarterback are on the transfer list.
The Spanish coach has been on the market for reinforcements in January, while Ozil and Mustafi will have free hands to find new teams.
Neither Turkish nor Albanian footballers have convinced the Emirates Stadium enough.
Ozil is rumored to be moving to Turkey, where he loves Fenerbahce, while Mustafi has offers from Italy and Germany.
