Athletic Bilbao “removes” Sevilla from the title race
After Atletico Madrid, Athletic Bilbao also defeated Sevilla, extinguishing the hopes of the Andalusian team that dreamed of the title.
Unai Simon was the man of the match who with his expectations stopped Sevilla who was finally penalized by Inaki Williams’ goal, a final that gave three points to Marcelino Garcia Torral’s team.
Sevilla if they had won this challenge would be 3 points behind Atletico and would go confidently in next week’s challenge against Real.
But already after this defeat the dreams are extinguished, and the title will continue to remain a mere dream.
