Belgian star: I am better than Neymar and Mbappe in dribbling
Rennes winger Jeremy Doku has said that he is the best dribbling player in Ligue 1, ahead of Paris Saint-Germain duo Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.
The 18-year-old Belgian joined the French club from Anderlecht in October and has impressed in his first 31 appearances in all competitions.
Doku says he has always been eager to dribble and that he feels happy to lead in this aspect in Ligue 1.
“When I was little, it was often said that I dribbled a lot. They told me to stop. But I continued, I continued,” said Doku.
“This is my advice to young dribblers: do not stop, even if you do not reach the goal immediately. Do not hide. It depends a lot on how much self-confidence you have.” he added.
“I saw the statistics recently. I am the best dribbler in Ligue 1. It is not bad in a league where Neymar and Mbappe play, isn’t it?”
