For Paris and City, Leo Messi will remain “just a dream”, Laporta changed everything!

Almost a year from the great desire to leave Barcelona, ??Lionel Messi could end up ending his career at the club where he grew up and became the best footballer he is today.

He wanted to leave last summer and Manchester City with Paris Saint Germain were the most interested clubs for the 33-year-old, but the arrival of Joan Laporta at the helm of the club from this year’s election seems to have changed everything.

Leo’s contract expires on June 30, and talks to renew the deal are reportedly set to begin soon.

In fact, it seems that an important meeting has already taken place that enjoys the Barcelona fans. TVE reports that today President Joan Laporta is sitting at the table with Leo’s father and at the same time Leo’s manager, Jorge Messi.

The latter is said to have been clear with President Laporta. He has expressed to the president of the Catalans the will of the captain to sign a new contract.

It remains to be seen whether Barcelona’s offer will be at the right level.

On the other hand, PSG and Manchester City, which have the financial ability to convince the striker, will not stop until the end to make the best in history.
