Germany easily wins against Iceland
Germany has started well the qualifying campaign for the World Cup ‘Qatar 2022’.
The European giant has taken three points thanks to the easy victory at home against Iceland with a deep score of 3-0.
The locals showed that they are determined in the first minutes of the match, when Serge Gnabry assisted for Leon Goretzka who scored for 1-0 after three minutes of play.
Just four minutes later, the Germans took the lead to 2-0.
Leroy Sane returned the ball to Kai Havertz who with a powerful shot inside the area made it 2-0.
The first 45 minutes ended with the lead of two goals of the locals.
The second half also belonged to the Germans who scored another goal.
Manchester City midfielder Ilkay Gundogan scored from distance with a strong shot for 3-0.
Despite the locals creating several more scoring chances, there were no more goals and Germany got the first three points.
