Harder against Messi than against Ronaldo
Playing against Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo , is not at all easy, a challenge in itself as you face the winners of 11 Golden Balls.
But against whom do footballers suffer the most, or do they find it harder to play? The answers have been varied.
Former German Chancellor Arne Friedrich has also spoken about this recently.
“I had the opportunity to play against both Messi and Ronaldo. If I had to commit to one, it would be Messi. He is different, Ronaldo is more of my size. Both are on the same level, but against Messi it is more difficult to defend because there is a different style of play.” said Friedrich.
