Immobile: Lazio has returned to its original form

Ciro Immobile believes that Lazio are back in shape as before “isolation” after achieving five wins in a row in Serie A. “We have already said what we should have said.”

The Whites are rising to the top of the table until they achieved a big win against Atalanta as guests 3-1 last Sunday.

“We see Lazio back in its original form,” Immobile told Sky Sport Italia.

“We are in a good moment, both physically and psychologically, even when we know that our difficult moments are somewhere in the corner of the field.”

“After all, we experienced this last year and realized that if we lose concentration or commitment, we will suffer.”

Lazio was at the top of Serie A before isolation in March 2020, but fell sharply after the championship resumed.

They at that time had the advantage as they did not play in other competitions.

And now, Lazio is preparing for the 1/8 final match in the Champions League where they will play against Bayern Munich until they return to the race to enter the top four in Serie A.

“We missed a lot of points and put ourselves in difficult situations, but we did well and now we are back. Now we are fine and we want to have our say.”
