Official: Alaba leaves Bayern at the end of the season
David Alaba will leave Bayern Munich at the end of the season. The Austrian player announced today at a press conference that the current season will be his last season at the Bavarian club.
“I have take the decision to try something new starting next season. It was a very difficult decision to say goodbye to this club after 13 years. I will not say anything about my future destination yet.” said Alaba.
At the end of the contract, Alaba at this point will be free to go elsewhere. And in pole position for his signing is Real Madrid, a club that has already reached an agreement in principle with the player born in 1992.
However, through his father-agent, in recent weeks Alaba denied having already signed with other clubs and even today he did not want to add anything about it.
