Pioli confirms Ibrahimovic’s absence in the next two matches
Milan coach Stefano Pioli has confirmed that Zlatan Ibrahimovic will not be ready for the matches against Torino and Cagliari.
The Swedish representative suffered an injury during the 3-0 victory over Juventus and today underwent medical tests.
Pioli confirmed that the striker will not be ready for tomorrow’s match against Torino and will not recover in time to face Cagliari in the penultimate match of the season.
“The only bad news is his injury. He will not be ready for tomorrow and on Sunday against Cagliari. Let’s see how things go next week.” Pioli said.
Milan are currently in third place and are fighting for a position that sends them to the Champions League next edition.
