Pirlo warns Inter: Juventus will fight to the end
Juventus coach Andrea Pirlo has warned Inter that his team will fight to the end for the title in Serie A, after a convincing 3-0 victory against Crotone on Monday.
Cristiano Ronaldo scored two headers before Weston McKennie sealed the Whites’ victory at the Allianz Stadium.
Pirlo said after the match his boys started the match a little nervous but were helped by the Portuguese’s goals before the break.
“We started the match a little nervous, maybe because the last defeat had made us nervous. But then the goals helped us and gave us peace of mind,” said Pirlo.
Juventus are eight points behind Inter, although they have played one game less than their rivals, but Pirlo continues to believe that the Whites can win their 10th consecutive Serie A title.
“Inter has many opponents back in the table and we are one of them and we will fight until the end.” he added.
