The Czechs change their minds, move the game against Kosovo from Prague to Plzen

Kosovo won the Czech Republic 2-1 last week at the Fadil Vokrri Stadium in Pristina.

The victory put him in the eight-point quota, as much as Kosovo currently has in Group A qualifying for the 2020 European Championship.

The ‘Dardanians’ had to travel to Prague for their second match with the Czech Republic. But the Czech Football Federation has decided that the match will take place at Victoria Plzen Stadium.

Prague has two stadiums with a large capacity of over 18,000 seats.

The stadium in Plzen has a capacity of 11,700 seats and is called “Doosan Arena”, while in the Sparta Prague stadium where the match, named “General Arena” was held, the capacity of the seats is 18,944.

On October 11, the Czech Republic hosts England, while with Kosovo on November 14.

The Czech-English match takes place at the Slavia Prague Stadium, or ‘Eden Arena’, with a capacity of 21,000 seats.

The Czech federation may have thought not to hold matches in the same city, carrying the second match with Kosovo to Plzen.

At this stadium the Czech Republic has played four official matches, where it has managed to score four wins.

Dardanians at a lower capacity stadium like this one in Plzen will have fewer tickets available.

Currently the Czech Republic is ahead of Kosovo in the group with nine points.
