‘What Liverpool are doing is unbelievable’
The standards set by Premier League leader Liverpool are unbelievable, says Rickie Lambert. The former English striker believes the level of quality of the Reds’ game is the highest ever seen.

Having achieved the best start of the season, which has never been seen before in the elite European leagues, Liverpool have established a 22-point lead in the Premier League.
No team has ever been so dominant, with 24 wins from 25 games, and Lambert admits he can’t believe what he’s seeing.
Lambert, who played for the Reds for one season, 2014/15, told the Liverpool website: “It’s incredible what is happening.”
“I can’t believe the level they’re reaching, it’s a level I’ve never seen. Seeing Red doing it this year is incredible,” he added.
